Booking terms
Advance payment confirms the booking. Fuel, driver and permits are included where stated. Cancellation 7+ days before departure: full refund of advance. Inside 7 days: 50% retained.
Payments
25% of the trip total is collected when you book, through Razorpay. The balance is due to the driver or the office on the day of travel. Card, UPI and net banking receipts come from Razorpay directly.
Availability
The board reads from our running ledger. On the rare occasion the feed is behind, we call to reconfirm before the trip and refund in full if we cannot supply the vehicle you booked.
On the road
Rates cover the driver and the kilometres stated for each vehicle. Fuel beyond the daily allowance, tolls, parking, permits and park entry are billed at actuals on the trip sheet.
